University Licensing is responsible for safeguarding the University’s name, logos and trademarks while ensuring their proper and consistent use. We support the campus community, external partners and vendors by providing guidance, approvals and resources that strengthen and protect the University’s brand.

The University Licensing office manages:

• Trademark registration and enforcement
• Licensing of manufacturers and vendors
• Brand identity standards and usage
• Approval of logo and mark usage

By maintaining these standards, we ensure the University’s reputation remains strong, recognizable and respected.
