Artwork Approval Process

All designs that include Bowling Green State University names, logos or trademarks must be reviewed and approved prior to production. This process ensures proper brand usage and compliance with University licensing policies.

The artwork or design of each BGSU-branded product must be submitted to CLC programs such as BrandManager 360 or Community Connect via the licensed vendor who is creating the product. If you are unsure of which platform to submit to, please email Hailey Krawczyk at hkrawcz@bgsu.edu.
