Meredith Gilbertson is a Teaching Professor of sociology at Bowling Green State University. She earned her PhD in Sociology from BGSU in 2005. She teaches Principles of Sociology, Population and Society, Introductory Statistics, Statistical Packages, and Teaching Sociology. She hopes her classes spark critical curiosity in her students about their social worlds. She wants her students to understand how the tools and perspectives of sociology are relevant in their own lives.
