Christian’s research explores the intersectionality between Organizational and Interpersonal Communication. Specifically, he is interested in organizational and relational identity among employees after experiencing voluntary relational loss within an organization. He currently lives in Frederick, Maryland and is an assistant professor at Frederick Community College in the Communication, Humanities and Arts department.
