Planetarium hosts Springfest series

The BGSU Planetarium continues its Springfest 2018, a revival of classic Planetarium shows, including special shows for kids. The Planetarium is in the Physical Sciences Building. A $1 donation is suggested.

Shows in April are:

  • Hubble Vision: Best of the Space Telescope, 8 p.m. April 3 and April 6
  •  Bear Tales: A Family Camping Trip and Tall Tales under the Stars, 2 p.m. April 7
  •  Nine Planets and Counting: Is Pluto a Planet? 7:30 p.m. April 8 and 8 p.m. April 10
  •  Navigating with Lewis and Clark, 8 p.m. April 13 and 7:30 p.m. April 15
  •  Magical Millennium Tour: Kids Travel with an Alien on the Night before the Millennium, 2 p.m. April 14
  •  Oceans in Space: Oceans on Earth and Other Planets, 8 p.m. April 17 and April 20
  •  Amazing Stargazing: A Zany Tour of the Sky, 2 p.m. April 21
  •  Blown Away: The Wild World of Weather, 7:30 p.m. April 22
  •  The Cowboy Astronomer: Skywatching with a Cowboy, 8 p.m. April 24 and 8 p.m. April 27
  •  Once in a Blue Moon: All About the Moon for Younger Visitors, 2 p.m. April 28
  •  Bad Astronomy: Astrology, UFOs, the Moon Hoax and More, 7:30 p.m. April 29
