Biography
Dr. Dominic D. Wells is an Associate Professor of Political Science and Director of the Fire Administration (FIAD) Program. His primary research area is labor politics and policy. Dr. Wells is the author of From Collective Bargaining to Collective Begging: How Public Employees Win and Lose the Right to Bargain (Temple University Press). His work has been published in Risk, Hazards, & Crisis in Public Policy, the Journal of Collective Bargaining in the Academy, the Journal of Political Science Education, and the Journal of Public and Nonprofit Affairs. Prior to BGSU, Dr. Wells was an Assistant Professor of Political Science at Clayton State University.
