Biography
Dr. Shannon Orr is Professor of Political Science at Bowling Green State University and the Director of the Falcon Food Pantry. Here research is broadly focused on two areas: stakeholder participation in public policy, and capacity building for non-profit organizations. Her current research is focused specifically on food insecurity and food pantry operations. She is the author of two books, and has published in Policy Studies Journal, State and Local Government Review, American Review of Politics, Journal of Natural Resources Policy, American Journal of Evaluation, Public Opinion Quarterly, PS: Political Science and Politics, among others.
