Academics
At BGSU, your education is our number one priority. With more than 200 majors and programs to choose from, if you can think of major, we likely have it. BGSU boasts a 9:1 student-to-faculty/staff ratio and we are one of the top schools in the nation for the quality of our professors.
Life Design
College is more than becoming career-ready. At BGSU, Life Design is an additional educational experience that ensures students are life-ready, able to navigate challenges, pivot when needed and lead meaningful and productive lives.
Tailor your college experience
Falcon Marching Band
The Falcon Marching Band is the largest student organization on campus and performs at home football games and various other university functions. Composed of students from all colleges of the University, membership is open to all students of all class level and all majors.
Club Sports
Continue with a sport you love, or try something new! BGSU offers over 35+ club sports that are broken into Men’s, Women’s and Coed. Club sports present as much competition against other universities as an NCAA program but with much less of a time commitment.
Honors College
The Honors College is a challenging and supportive environment where you can discover the best in yourself. The Honors College intentionally focuses on building a community where everyone can belong.
FLY Program
In this one-of-a-kind program, learning specialists provide one-on-one support to bright and talented BGSU students who have specific learning differences, executive functioning challenges and/or ADHD.
