1. Policy Statement and Purpose

   To ensure compliance with the Uniformed Services Employment and Re-employment Rights Act (USERRA), the Ohio Revised Code, and the Ohio Administrative Code for military leave.

   Bowling Green State University’s policy on military duty leave covers all employees, administrative and classified staff. Those who are called to duty are covered by the Uniformed Services Employment and Re-employment Rights Act (USERRA), the Ohio Revised Code, and the Ohio Administrative Code related to military duty.
