[HOW TO WIN]

• Complete the survey specific to commuter and transfer students between October 2-6, 2024.
• A randomized drawing for a $5 dining card will take place each day the survey is opened.
• A winner will be contacted each day through BGSU email. If a winner doesn't respond within 24 hours, their right to the prize will be forfeited, and a new winner will be selected.
• One grand prize winner will be selected at the conclusion of the survey to win a $25 Falcon Outfitters gift card.
• When contacted, details on how to claim the prize will be given to each winner.

Important Details

• There is no purchase necessary to enter.
• Winners must report winning value to the IRS on their state income taxes.
• Winners must be 18 years old or older and must be a current BGSU student.
