BGSU freshmen start move-in Friday

BOWLING GREEN, O.—Tomorrow (Aug. 20), Bowling Green State University will welcome the second largest freshman class in its history to campus. Move-in begins at 8 a.m. and will continue throughout the day.

In order to keep traffic moving, parents have been asked this year to spend 15 minutes unloading their car in front of a residence hall and then park in a designated lot. Volunteers armed with carts will meet each new arrival and take them to their room to help complete the move-in process.

The class of 2014 is a special one for many reasons:

Over 3,800 incoming freshmen, the second largest freshman class in University history
Number of African-American freshmen highest in University history
Number of out-of-state freshmen highest in University history
