Falcon Film Festival showcases campus life

BOWLING GREEN, O.—For a hundred years, Bowling Green State University students have lived through the novelty and sometimes trials of adjusting to campus life.

Taking the shuttle, girlfriend problems, studying vs. socializing—for an inside look at today’s students’ perception of their experience at BGSU, come to the sixth annual Falcon Film Festival on Saturday, Feb. 27. The free event begins at 7 p.m. in 101 Olscamp Hall. The doors open at 6 p.m.

The festival invites teams of BGSU students to creatively produce videos capturing their college experience. Festival judges have evaluated the submitted videos, and the top eight films will be shown at the festival.

A first-, second- and third-place prizewinner will be selected, and Best Actor and Best Actress awards will be given. In addition, audience members will be eligible to win raffle prizes.

This event is sponsored by the BGSU offices of the Chief Information Officer and Residence Life, with refreshments provided by Coca-Cola.
