Interested in becoming a BGSU Delta Delta Epsilon Member?

Undergraduate Criteria: Undergraduate students shall be enrolled in Bowling Green State University, have declared a major in Forensic Science, have completed 45 semester hours or equivalent, have a minimum grade point average of 3.5 on a 4.0 scale, and rank in the top 35% of their class. Transfer students shall have completed 45 semester hours or equivalent, 12 of said 45 semester hours being at Bowling Green State University.

Graduate Criteria: Graduate students shall be enrolled in the Bowling Green State University, have declared a major in Forensic Science, have completed 12 semester hours or equivalent, have a minimum grade point average of 3.5 on a 4.0 scale.

When can I become a member?

An informational meetings is held for all potential new members in In January/February of each academic year. Interested students can submit applications to the Chapter Advisory Council for review in February. Election of new members is held in March. Prior to initiation, all those tapped for membership into the organization should attend an orientation session. Initiation is held annually in March or April.

Completed application packets can be submitted to the Center for the Future of Forensic Science office (LSC 116) or e-mailed to Dr. Oechsle (coechsl@bgsu.edu) at any time. Applications will be reviewed according to the time frame listed above.
