To utilize the online booking tool for your business travel needs, you will need to register through MYBGSU. Log into MYBGSU, select the Employee tab, then Purchasing, from here click on Concur – Registration.
When enrolling, be sure to enter your name as it appears on the photo ID that you will be presenting at the airport. Due to increased airport security, you may be turned away at the gate if the name on your identification does not exactly match the name on your ticket.
Once you submit your information, you will receive an email notification with a link to set-up your password. Once you set-up your password, you will be directed to the Concur website and will be able to proceed with booking your travel reservations. After your account and password have been established, click here to log into Concur.

Consular Information Sheets for every country worldwide with
information such as matters of health conditions, crime, unusual
currency or entry requirements, any areas of instability, political
considerations, and the location of the nearest U.S. Embassy or
