The Children's Literature Comprehensive Database includes over 300,000 book reviews from 37 sources, over 1.4 million MARC (library catalog) records, and related information on children's literature. Children's books in the CLCD can be searched by subject, age level, and genre.
Index to core English-language journals, books, and yearbooks in education. Topics include a wide range of contemporary education issues, including adult education, educational technology, government funding, higher education, literacy standards, multicultural education, parent-teacher relations, school administration, student counseling, teaching methods, and more. Over 750 periodicals are indexed; 350 also include full text.
A comprehensive database of articles about all fields of education and all educational specialties, including topics such as curriculum instruction, administration, policy, funding, and related social issues. This database contains indexing and abstracts for over 2,150 journal titles and full text for 1,200. Most coverage is from 1925 to present, but some titles go back as far as 1882.
ERIC indexes education-related literature, beginning in 1966. The ERIC database is the world’s largest source of education information, containing citations and abstracts for research reports, journal articles, and books on education research and practice. It contains descriptions and evaluations of programs, research reports and surveys, curriculum and teaching guides, instructional materials, position papers, and resource materials. About half the citations in ERIC link to full text.
An extensive library of 20,000 tests and other measurement devices from the early 1900s to the present. The majority were acquired from U.S. publishers and individual test authors, though some also come from Canada, Great Britain, and Australia. This collection, the largest of its kind in the world, was established to make information on standardized tests and research instruments available to researchers, graduate students, and teachers.
Foreign Language Video Instruction (part of the OhioLINK Digital Resource Commons) is a collection of foreign language video clips in which native speakers elaborate on a wide variety of topics about their culture, family, daily life, and more. Each video clip is accompanied by a description of its contents, the country of the speaker, and additional grammar and vocabulary notes. Videos are available in QuickTime format, or can be viewed in the Adobe Flash Player. These videos were produced by the ViewPoints Project of the Five Colleges of Ohio consortium.
This database contains over 300 interactive practice tests, career building tools, and writing aids. Included are college entrance exam practice tests, graduate school entrance exam practice tests, civil service tests, law enforcement tests, the U.S. Citizenship test, Advanced Placement tests, the GED, and vocational tests (Real Estate, Nursing Aide, Cosmetology, Military). It also includes tests designed to improve academic and career skills. Complete answer explanations help patrons understand why a particular answer is correct or incorrect.
Designed specifically for high school libraries, this database contains full text for more than 500 popular high school magazines on a wide variety of topics. Full text is also available for biographies, primary source documents, pamphlets, reference books. MAS Ultra includes an extensive image collection of photos, maps and flags.
The Mental Measurements Yearbook contains full-text information about and reviews of over 2,000 English-language standardized tests covering educational skills, personality, vocational aptitude, psychology, and related areas. Each record includes an overview of the test, a description of the test materials and time needed, scoring information, where the test was published, and one or more reviews of the test. The Yearbook does not contain the actual test itself. Tests in Print (TIP), produced by the Buros Institute of Mental Measurements, serves as a comprehensive bibliography of all known commercially available tests that are currently in print in the English language. Descriptions of tests include test purpose, test publisher, in-print status, price, test acronym, intended test population, administration times, publication date(s), and test author(s). A score index permits users to identify what is being measured by each test.
Contains full-text popular middle school magazines. Full text is also available for biographies, historical essays and student pamphlets, primary source documents, and reference books, including EBSCO's Encyclopedia of Animals. The database also includes an extensive image collection of photos, maps and flags.

More than 500 high-quality full-text education journals including: Education, Education Digest, Education Week, Educational Leadership, Journal of Educational Research, Phi Delta Kappan, Reading Teacher, School Library Journal, and many others. This database also contains nearly 230 educational reports.
