Job Description Web Application

The Job Description Web App allows you to do the following:

• Update a job description (class spec) in NeoEd
  
• Create a new job description (class spec) for use in NeoEd
  
• View, export, or print a job description
  
• View, export, or print a list of job descriptions by department
  
• View job descriptions in other departments

Note: If you have not used the Job Description Web App previously, you will need to request the following security role using these instructions:

• Environment: HCM
• Area: Student Employment Services
• Role: BG_HR_EHIRE_DEPT
