Goals of Student Employment Services:

• To provide centralized support by serving as the primary resource for employment information, training, and professional development for both students and supervisors;
  
• To develop and administer policies and procedures that align with federal, state, and institutional requirements while advancing the strategic objectives of BGSU;
• To maintain student employee records in compliance with federal, state, and institutional regulation and policy;
• To ensure compliance and accuracy through the management of student employee records in accordance with all applicable regulations and policies;
• To promote access and opportunityby reaffirming the University’s commitment to provide fair and equal employment opportunities for all eligible BGSU students.
• To foster student success and career readiness by positioning on-campus employment as a high-impact learning experience that aligns with career readiness competencies, supports Life Design exploration, and prepares students for lifelong career development.
