Instead of switching between multiple systems, you’ll have one central hub designed to help you find what you need faster and stay connected.

What’s happening behind the scenes
- Combining the current MyBGSU portal and mobile app into one platform
- Connecting key systems like PeopleSoft
- Moving existing tools into a more modern, user-friendly experience

The MyBGSU upgrade will go live between 3-5 p.m. During this time the MyBGSU portal and associated services will be unavailable
Do you need to do anything?
- No action is required.
Just log in like you normally would, and you’ll see the updated experience.

- The environment is under construction
Some features, links or content may not function as they will when the portal goes live. - Multiple logins may be required
Improving the sign-in flow and reducing repeated authentication are known priorities for the project. However, you may be asked to log in more than once when accessing certain tools. This will be resolved at launch, when a single sign-on experience is fully in place. - Access looks different by role
