Group Outings

The Lounge, Main Ice, and Multi-Purpose Ice may be rented for activities including church outings, school-field trips, scout socials, or private functions such as wedding receptions, showers, meetings and even birthday parties.  The descriptions below detail the available accommodations and costs associated with the various facilities in the Ice Arena.

Rentals are open to all including BGSU students, faculty, staff, and the general public.

Group Outing Request

Ice Arena Group Outing reservations can be requested either with the form below, or contacting the Jamie Baringer via email or by phone at 419.372.2764. Please note that all requests must be confirmed by Ice Arena staff before reserved in the Facility Schedule.
