Generally reserved for a company officer, especially targeting a Driver/Engineer and/or a Lieutenant, for his/her professional education toward AA/AS or BA/BS degree.

Volunteer who is working toward his/her AA/AS or BA/BS degree in a fire science program

Eligibility
For Ohio residents who are the child or spouse of peace officers, fire fighters and certain other safety officers who are killed in the line-of-duty anywhere in the United States. It also provides assistance children and spouse of a member of the armed services of the US, who has been killed in the line of duty during Operation Enduring Freedom, Operation Iraqi Freedom, or a combat zone designated by the President of the United States.
