Variable Credit Class Request

  • Requests should be submitted as soon as possible but no later than 4 weeks before the start of the semester.
  • Once the request is received an electronic form will be sent that the student will fill out with their faculty advisor and then sent on to the Grad Coordinator for approval.

Internship or Field Work Request Form -

Student will be expected to work 45 hours at the internship/field work site for each academic credit hour earned.
