Started in the Spring of 2012, our mission is to build a bridge between, increase awareness of, & maintain the student interest in Science, Technology, Engineering & Mathematics careers and research through our connection at BGSU in the SETGO program and related STEM activities.

Recently the group volunteered to host an activity table at STEM in the Park. This annual event invites local families to come out and participate in free and fun STEM related activities. The STEMS Alliance and SETGO volunteers helped by sharing their microbiology skills and assisted visitors on how to use common materials to isolate their cheek cell DNA. Pictures from this event are shown below.
