Yes, the Tripshot map can be accessed via the Rider Web Portal from a desktop or mobile browser.  

To access the Rider Web Portal, go to the following website:  https://bgsu.tripshot.com

Signing up allows you to setup your own account.  

1. Download the Tripshot App for iOS or Android

2. Enter the service name BGSU

3. Select Sign up and enter your email address

4. Click the link in your email to setup your Tripshot account

After you have your user account setup, you can log in to Tripshot to access additional features. Account setup is not required to use the shuttle service.

1. Launch the Tripshot app

2. Enter our service name: BGSU

3. Enter your username and password

1. Navigate to the sidebar menu

2. Select settings

3. Tap the 3 dot icon in the upper right corner.

4. Select log out.

The Tripshot App Home Screen displays the most used features such as Favorites, Trip Planner, Routes, and Stops.

Tripshot's sidebar menu provides access to Wallet, My Trips, Notifications, Settings, and Help & Feedback.

The Trip Planner option is where you can see options from pickup location to your destination.

1. Select Trip Planner

2. Enter a Pickup and Dropoff location

3. Select Depart Now to change your pickup time to a later time or date

4. View results below. Select a "plan" to view details or set up notifications

Selecting Routes allows you to see all route options and schedules.

1. From the Home Screen select Routes, then select your preferred route from the list.

2. Select a Route (Brown, Orange, Yellow, Orange Late Night, a special event route) then scroll left or right to view additional scheduled times.

3. Selecting a scheduled time will update the schedule of stop times for this route.

4. Use the heart icon to favorite routes.  Use the calendar icon to view the schedules for other dates.

5. Select a stop time to view stop details, see a picture of the stop, reserve a seat, or sign up for notifications.

To see Nearby Stops from your current location:

1. From the home screen, select nearby stops

2. The list of stops will be displayed.  You can select a stop to view additional information including photos, routes, and times.  Select the heart icon to favorite a stop.

Subscribe to receive push notifications about delayed or approaching shuttles. A great way to plan your rides.

1.  Select a trip plan or route and stop time to view details.  

2. Select the alarm icon to subscribe to notifications

3. Set the number of minutes for your notifications.  You can select to be notified when the shuttle is approaching you.

4. Use the pencil to set up the days you would like to receive notifications. 

Yes you can mark stops, routes, or plans as your favorite for easy access from the home screen.

1. Access favorites from the Favorites tile on the home screen.

2. To Favorite a stop, route, or trip plan, use the heart icon from the Trip Planner, Routes, or stop screens.
