OPC affiliates are conducting cutting-edge population dynamics research across four Primary Research Areas (PRAs):

1. Family Demography
2. Sexual and Reproductive Health
3. Health Disparities
4. Adolescent to Young Adult Development

Two cross-cutting themes span all four PRAs:

1. Cutting-edge expertise on sexual and gender diversity
2. Substantive and methodological innovation in studying social and spatial context

These themes provide additional axes for collaboration and cross-pollination across the PRAs.
