Since our inception in 1981, IPRA has partnered with local and national organizations on over 100 projects. A few of our recent projects are listed below.
Proctor & Gamble: IPRA worked with the client to develop the selection tests used to select entry-level plant technicians at locations worldwide.
WEX, INC: IPRA developed interactive training materials to support the reduction of interviewer bias in employment interviews.
Ultimate Kronos Group (UKG): IPRA consulted with UKG while they were undergoing a merger to determine a streamlined approach to entry-level selection tests and hiring practices.
City of Toledo: IPRA partnered with the City of Toledo Fire and Police Departments to review and update job analyses and update promotional evaluation tools including exams and an assessment center.
Wood County Humane Society: IPRA conducted a job analysis and provided selection tools to assist the organization in hiring a new executive-level director.
