National Day on Writing

Every October 20th, the National Council of Teachers of English celebrates National Day on Writing. Here's what UWP did to celebrate this year:

• Many BGSU student writers were featured on the official university Instagram and on GSW's Instagram and Twitter accounts.
  
• We supported NCTE's national hashtag #whyIwrite and the local hashtag #BGSUwrites.
  
• We decorated the Union with a #WhyIWrite post-it collage.
• We hosted a campus-wide write-in in East Hall and provided free pizza and Cookie Jar cookies in exchange for text.
