All employers can register for 1 day or 2 days – there are no industry specifics for any days or times.

One day packages

1-Day Base Package (Sept. 16 or Sept. 17)
For profit: $600 (includes 1 table with 2 representatives) 
Non-profit: $300 (includes 1 table with 2 representatives) 

1-Day Premium Package (Sept. 16 or Sept. 17)
(ONLY 20 registrations available between both days)
For profit: $1,200 (includes 2 tables with 2 representatives per table and digital sign)

Two day packages

2-Day Base Package (Sept. 16 & Sept. 17)
For profit: $1,100 (includes 1 table with 2 representatives for each day) 
Non-profit: $500 (includes 1 table with 2 representatives for each day) 

2-Day Premium Package (Sept. 16 & Sept. 17)
(ONLY 3 registrations available)
For profit: $2,000 (includes 2 tables with 2 representatives per table, digital sign and Employer Spotlight) 

2-Day Exclusive Package (Sept. 16 & Sept. 17)
(ONLY 2 registrations available – these are the 2 corner spots)
For profit: $3,000 (exclusive customizable ballroom location that includes 2 tables w/ 2 representatives per table, digital sign and Employer Spotlight) 

Add-on Options 
  • Sept. 16 EXPO Day: Additional Representative: $50/per person (maximum 2 available) 
  • Sept. 17 EXPO Day: Additional Representative: $50/per person (maximum 2 available) 
  • Digital Screen Sign: $100/per employer (12 available total) Digital sign will include company logo and top 1-3 positions and will rotate in the ballroom and multipurpose room 

Registration is reviewed and approved by the Kuhlin Career Hub. Once approved, a formal email confirmation is sent from Career Forge. All event logistics are available within the event information section of the approved event in Career Forge. A final event reminder email is sent one week prior to the fair date.

Employers may choose to add any of these optional sponsorship opportunities to their registration, or simply continue to checkout with only their selected registration package.

Career EXPO Sponsorship: $5,000

  • Organization is the full sponsor of Career EXPO and will have logo featured on all marketing materials for Sept. 16 and Sept. 17 fair days. Sponsorship will also be featured in a display located in the mezzanine, which is the main entry point to the event.

  • Organization is the designated sponsor of the Career EXPO employer lounge location (Sky Bank Room) and will have logo featured in the room for Sept. 16 and Sept. 17 fair days.

  • Organization is the designated sponsor of Mr. Agne's Career Collection at BGSU that supports providing professional attire to students. Logo will be featured on marketing materials promoting the use of "closet" for students planning to attend the Sept. 16 and Sept. 17 fair days. 

Our students are strongly encouraged to attend more than one EXPO Day, and we would like to extend that invite to your company. Registration for each EXPO Day closes Wednesday, Sept. 2.

Experience our Career EXPO

The Kuhlin Hub Career EXPO Week is a week-long event exclusive to BGSU students and alumni to prepare them for the careee fair days. During the fair days, BGSU students and alumni will engage with potentially over 200 local and national employers, opening doors to an extensive network of professionals. By spanning an entire week, this networking experience provides students with an environment for one-on-one interactions with employers seeking talented past and present Falcons to fill full-time, internship, and co-op roles. It is a week dedicated to unlocking professional potential, fostering connections, and facilitating pathways to success.
