The resident of apartment __________ at Falcon Landing Apartments, located at 1515 E. Wooster St., Bowling Green, OH 43402, gives Falcon Landing staff permission to conduct a walkthrough of the apartment without the presence of the resident of the 2024-25 Academic Year. Resident agrees to the following terms:
Resident must vacate the premises and return their apartment key(s), mailbox key(s), parking pass(es), and completed Falcon Landing move-out documents, along with this form, to the leasing office or associated dropbox, located to the right of the leasing office door.
Resident must vacate their apartment by the 2024-2025 Academic Year of May 3, 2025, by 10:00am.
To avoid damage charges, please be sure all trash and personal belongings have been removed prior to the inspection. All rooms should be thoroughly cleaned (kitchen appliances, cabinets, bathroom, common area, bedrooms, vacuum/sweep floors, etc.) and damages repaired. Unrepaired or improperly repaired damages may result in charges being added to your BGSU Bursar account.
I understand my apartment will be inspected upon receipt of my move-out items and documents. By submitting this form, I give Falcon Landing Apartments permission to enter my apartment for purposes of inspection and repairs. I accept financial responsibility for any damages assessed at that time, including any cleaning, painting, repair, or replacement considered above normal wear and tear.
By submitting my apartment key(s), mailbox key(s), parking pass(es), this form, and all additional move-out documents, I relinquish my privileges to the above apartment and mailbox. Any items left in the above space will be considered abandoned property and removed according to Ohio State Law.
