Unless both roommates agree that a particular party is responsible for specific common area damage to the apartment, both residents will be charged for the damage. Cleanliness issues are not considered sharable damage. Please use this form to indicate that both roommates agree that one party will take responsibility for damage found within the apartment, or that both parties will share all responsibility for damage found within the apartment
