Student Enrollment Communication Center


The Student Enrollment Communication Center (SECC) is a comprehensive communication center designed to support student enrollment and retention at BGSU through increased outreach to prospective and current students in a variety of venues. Staffed by BGSU students, the SECC engages the student community by:

· Recruitment calls and texts to prospective students to invite them to visit, help them complete applications and welcome them to the BGSU family.

· Retention calls and texts to current students regarding academic progress, important deadlines and connecting them with resources.

· Staffing the Admissions Live Chat from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. daily (holidays and academic breaks will restrict availability).
