BGSU Healthcare Workforce Collaborative
The BGSU Healthcare Workforce Collaborative brings together healthcare employers, public health agencies, K-12 schools and BGSU academic programs to strengthen the healthcare talent pipeline across northwest Ohio. Led by the Center for Regional Development, the Collaborative connects students to healthcare careers and gives regional partners a shared table for addressing workforce needs, with a focus on rural communities.
What the Collaborative offers:

• Career exploration: Hands-on events, career navigation and digital tools that help K-12 and college students discover the full range of healthcare careers and find the pathway that fits.
• Partnership support: Convening and coordination that help hospitals, health departments, schools and community organizations align on shared priorities, from clinical placements to career pathways.
• Industry workforce data: Regional labor market analysis, workforce data and evaluation that show partners where the gaps are and inform their decisions.
