Hannah Michael

A proud Bowling Green State University alumna, Hannah graduated in May 2016 with a Bachelor of Science in Journalism, specializing in Public Relations, and a minor in Communication. While at B-G-S-U, Hannah held leadership positions within Dance Marathon, the University Activities Organization, Odyssey online, and P-R-S-S-A, demonstrating her leadership skills. She also served as the Manager of the Marketing and Media team within the Conference and Event Services department at the Bowen-Thompson Student Union. Within days of graduation, Hannah launched her career at Ogilvy, a Global Advertising Agency in New York City, initially splitting her time 50/50 as an executive assistant and working directly with clients in the Public Relations department. Through hard work and dedication, Hannah quickly rose through the ranks at Ogilvy and made the transition from the external client side to the internal employee side of the company. Today, as Associate Director of People Operations for Ogilvy North America, Hannah leads a team focused on supporting employees through their Ogilvy lifecycle, from onboarding to professional development and beyond. While she now works remotely from her home in Antwerp, OH, she still travels back to the New York office periodically. A certified professional coach, Hannah is passionate about empowering individuals, especially junior talent at Ogilvy, to achieve their full potential. Outside of work, Hannah is happily married to Jake, and a mother of two.
