The Division of Research assists faculty from all University units with identifying, protecting, and managing intellectual property. BGSU is committed to the timely protection of the potential societal benefits of the Intellectual Property created or discovered at the university. If the university declines to pursue protection for an innovation, it will notify the inventor promptly.
