Bowling Green State University honored its more than 800 graduates during Summer 2025 Commencement, celebrating their incredible achievements as they set out to begin their careers and lives.

Families, loved ones, supporters and the University community honored the graduates during the ceremonies on Aug. 8 and 9 held on the Bowen-Thompson Quadrangle outside of University Hall.

University photographers and videographers Craig Bell, Justin Camuso-Stall '14, Haven Conn '22 and Benjamin Boutwell ‘24 and student photographer Avery Zuerche captured the momentous 313th BGSU Commencement and the excitement of the new generation of BGSU alumni.

Summer 2025 commencement began with the President’s Award Ceremony, honoring undergraduate students who earned a perfect 4.0 GPA. Students were presented with a medallion and orange graduation cap.

Undergraduate Ceremony

More than 800 BGSU undergraduate students received their diplomas on Saturday during a Commencement ceremony at the Bowen-Thompson Quadrangle outside University Hall.
