JobTrax: Employment/Pay Verification

Bowling Green State University uses JobTrax to handle all automated Verification of Employment (VOE) and Verification of Income (VOI) requests from third-party verifiers such as banks, credit agencies, mortgage lenders and leasing companies. 

When Do I Use VOE or VOI?

Use this process when you're applying for: 

• A mortgage or home loan 
• A car loan 
• An apartment lease 
• Any other situation requiring proof of employment or income 

Step 1: Direct third-party verifiers to JobTrax.
Step 2: Provide the verifier with the BGSU Company Code: 1419.
Step 3: Provide the verifier with your Social Security Number or employee ID number.  

For income verifications you control who has access to your information.  Please visit JobTrax, login and generate an authorization code to distribute to your verifier. Authorization is NOT required for employment-only verifications. 

All requests will be directed to JobTrax.
