Labor Relations assists with the development, continuing and cultivating employee relationships through effective communication, performance management, grievance processing and/or disputes and interpreting University policies. Labor Relations works to prevent and resolve matters involving employees in work situations. Labor Relations also participates in the negotiation and administration of the Collective Bargaining Agreements for the two employee Unions on campus.
Managers, supervisors and staff experiencing difficulty in their work environment are encouraged to contact their designated Employee Relations Manager or Labor and Employee Relations Manager for further assistance and guidance.
