Stephanie Moulton is Professor and Associate Dean for Faculty and Research at the John Glenn College of Public Affairs at The Ohio State University. She is a visiting scholar at the Federal Reserve Bank of Philadelphia, a faculty member of the Weimer School for Advanced Real Estate Studies, and a faculty affiliate with the University of Wisconsin’s Institute for Research on Poverty and Ohio State’s Institute for Population Research. Dr. Moulton’s areas of expertise include housing and consumer finance, with a focus on the health and wellbeing of economically vulnerable households, including older adults. Her current research focuses on home equity borrowing for older adults, housing policies implemented by state housing finance agencies, and consumer debt across the life course with connections to physical and mental health. Dr. Moulton’s research aligns closely with CAF’s research themes on Aging Family Health and Health Disparities in Family Aging.
