BGSU automatically waives the non-resident tuition fee for full-time residents of the following Indiana counties:

Adams, Allen, Blackford, Clark, Dearborn, Decatur, DeKalb, Delaware, Fayette, Floyd, Franklin, Harrison, Henry, Jay, Jefferson, Jennings, Noble, Ohio, Randolph, Ripley, Rush, Scott, Steuben, Switzerland, Union, Washington, Wayne and Wells

All you need to do to receive this benefit is apply and be accepted to BGSU.

Who can benefit from the BGSU reciprocity agreement with Indiana?

Full-time residents of the following 28 Indiana counties are eligible for this benefit:

Adams, Allen, Blackford, Clark, Dearborn, Decatur, DeKalb, Delaware, Fayette, Floyd, Franklin, Harrison, Henry, Jay, Jefferson, Jennings, Noble, Ohio, Randolph, Ripley, Rush, Scott, Steuben, Switzerland, Union, Washington, Wayne and Wells counties

Do I need to apply for the Indiana Reciprocity Agreement?

No. If you live in one of the qualifying counties and are accepted to BGSU, you pay in-state tuition for all four years. It's that easy!

Is there a deadline to receive this benefit?

No.

Do BGSU Online students living in Indiana qualify for the Indiana Reciprocity agreement?

No. BGSU Online students are not subject to the out-of-state fee, so the reciprocity agreement does not apply.
