ITS offers Hands-On Support sessions for the following:
- Wireless troubleshooting (University/Personal/Mobile)
- Student device support
- University device login troubleshooting
- Device repair drop-off (ITS ticket is required before self-scheduling, contact ITS 419-372-0999. Appointments created without a ticket will be cancelled.)
- Device pickup
Sessions will follow a strict time window so that we are respectful of the current client and future client sessions. If issue cannot be resolved within the scheduled session, a secondary technician appointment may be scheduled at a future date.
ITS maintains a variety of computer labs across campus. The Jerome Library Lobby and BTSU labs are available for walk-in use during regular operating hours. Scheduled labs have varying availability due to standard class schedules and event reservations; however, most of these labs can be accessed when they are not otherwise reserved.
