Hands-On Support

ITS offers Hands-On Support sessions for the following:

  • Wireless troubleshooting (university/personal/mobile)
  • Student device support 
  • In-room (Residence Hall) device troubleshooting
  • University device login troubleshooting
  • Device repair drop-off (ITS ticket is required before self-scheduling, contact ITS 419-372-0999.  Appointments created without a ticket will be cancelled.)
  • Device pick-up 

Sessions will follow a strict time window so that we are respectful of the current client and future client sessions.
