Employee and Retiree Hearing Aid Benefit

The BGSU Speech and Hearing Clinic offers full-time and part-time employees and their dependents, and retirees and their spouses, discounted pricing on hearing aids:

The employee/retiree will receive a 25% discount off the Usual and Customary Charge for hearing aid(s), regardless of technology level. For example, a pair of mid-level technology hearing aids cost $4,600/pair. The discounted price would be $3,450/pair.

Legal dependents/spouses will receive a 20% discount off the Usual and Customary Charge for hearing aid(s), regardless of technology level. For example, a pair of mid-level technology hearing aids cost $4,600/pair. The discounted price would be $3,680/pair.

The Department of Recreation and Wellness offers a range of free programs and services to enhance the welfare of our campus community.

Athletic Tickets

BGSU Athletics offers full-time BGSU faculty, staff and retirees one free Falcon Football season ticket in general admission at Doyt L. Perry Stadium or the chance to upgrade their ticket to bench reserved. In addition, full-time faculty/staff and retirees can take advantage of various ticket discounts for Hockey, Men's Basketball and Women's Basketball. Faculty and Staff Free Weekly Meal Swipe

The University is excited to continue the free weekly meal program at Carillon Place and Social House (formerly known as The Oaks) as a thank you for all that faculty and staff members do to serve BGSU. The program will continue throughout the academic year when the dining halls are open.

  • You will receive a new swipe each Friday to use before it expires the following Thursday evening.
  • Ask the cashier about the Meal Trade to go option available at The Carillon Place.
  • You need to have your BG ID on hand to access your swipe at our dining halls.
