ITS is very useful for all of your computer/technology needs.  You can call them anytime at 2-0999 or live chat with an ITS employee.  They can do a “Bomgar” session where they can access your computer remotely to help with issues or install software.  ITS also has information you may need for your cisco phone (office) directions or issues.

Also, you can access ITS from your “MY BGSU” account by logging in and going to the Top Tool bar link “ITS Service Desk”.  You can live chat or put in a ticket for service on BGSU Device or personal device.
