Faculty and staff in the College of Health and Human Services are dedicated to helping students achieve their education goals as they pursue careers in health and human services.  Here are links to resources that can help you during your time as a student in the College. All requests are subject to college approval.

Need to drop or add a class?

Submit a Schedule Change Form to update your course registration.

Want to switch your grade option to S/U?

Change your grade option from a letter grade to Satisfactory/Unsatisfactory.

Planning to take more than 18 credit hours?

If you’d like to increase your credit load, complete the 18+ Hours Request Form.

Missed the graduation application deadline?

If you’re an undergraduate student who missed the online application deadline for the current term, complete the Graduation form.

If you're a graduate student, a Late Graduation Application is not available at this time.  Please contact Tammy Oelkrug (toelkru@bgsu.edu) to discuss your degree completion timeline and options.

Want to participate in commencement before finishing your degree?

If you're not yet degree-complete but wish to walk in the ceremony, complete the Graduation Walk-Through form.

Graduate students, please complete the Commencement Walk-Through Request form to walk in the ceremony.
