Hold the Ctrl key to request multiple room keys on the same key request.
Students - Please be sure to include the name of the faculty member who instructed you to order the key(s).
- You will receive an email you when your keys are ready for pickup.
- Keys will typically be available for pick up by the key holder at the Campus Operations Help Desk within 7 days.
- The key holder must show BGSU or other Legal Form of Identification in order to pick up any key(s).
- Restricted keys, Marlok keys and Master or Sub-Master keys will not be issued without the express written permission of the Dean, Chair or Director of the Department.
NOTE: By submitting the above request, the key holder assumes responsibility for lost and/or stolen keys. If a master or sub-master key is lost or stolen, the key holder is required to file a police report immediately with the BGSU police department and notify the Biological Sciences department. The key holder will be responsible for the replacement charge plus the cost of labor and materials to rekey and reissue keys to the affected areas and key holders. Replacement charge for master or sub-master key is one hundred fifty dollars, individual key is twenty-five dollars. Duplication of keys for any university facility or equipment is prohibited.
