Developing, organizing and implementing a vigorous exhibition program of 10-12 exhibitions per year
Promoting external and internal visibility and community linkage
Managing budget development and fiscal operations
Seeking funding: writing grants to public agencies, private foundations and university sources
Soliciting and managing donations of artwork and contributions from individuals
Managing daily operations of the galleries and supervising 10-12 student staff and interns
Curating 1-3 exhibitions per year
Producing educational and promotional materials
Working with the Gallery Advisory Board to develop long and short range plans.
