Business Process Review

BGSU Information Technology Services (ITS) provides Business Process Review services to help University departments evaluate and better understand existing business processes. Working collaboratively with campus partners, the ITS Project Management Office (PMO) helps document current processes, identify key activities and decision points, clarify roles and responsibilities, and evaluate how processes function across departments.

The PMO uses established business process review practices and techniques to assess current workflows, identify gaps or inconsistencies, and document findings and recommendations. The approach is tailored to the needs and complexity of each process.

Faculty and staff who would like assistance reviewing an existing business process may submit a Business Process Review request through the ITS Service Catalog.
