Please apply early!  We will provide a limited number of qualified applicants early admission (we must receive your complete application by November 20).  For applicants not offered early admission AND applications received between November 20 and January 20, we intend to notify applicants starting soon after January 20.  We will continue to accept applicants as space is available.  Please check our website for updates.

Applicants offered early admission will be required to submit a $100 deposit by January 15.  Other admitted applicants will be given individual deadlines to submit a $100 deposit.  These deposits are non-refundable and will be applied to the course fees.

The Field Camp Director, Kurt Panter, will have limited e-mail access between November 20 and January 20.  Please address electronic applications and questions to Jeff Snyder (jasnyd@bgsu.edu) during this time.

Applications may be sent either electronically or by traditional mail. All applicants will receive a personal e-mail confirmation within a few days of receipt of your materials. If you do not receive a confirmation, please phone or e-mail to confirm that we have your application.

To apply, please submit the following items to the field course director:

  1. Field Camp Application Form
  2. Non-BGSU students must also submit a copy of an unofficial transcript or similar printout indicating courses taken including grades
