2014 APPLICATION UPDATE: Please apply early! We anticipate about 10 seats in the course will be opened in late January to early February. Students admitted at this time will be required to submit a non-refundable deposit ($100) to hold their seats. Students who are not admitted at this time or who fail to submit a deposit will be considered again after the March 1 deadline. Additional seats will become available on March 1 when we have more information about our internal enrollment.
Applications may be sent either electronically or by traditional mail. All materials must be received by March 1. Late applications will be considered if space is available (please e-mail to check). All applicants will receive a personal e-mail confirmation within a few days of receipt of your materials. If you do not receive a confirmation, please phone or e-mail to confirm that we have your application.

- Field Camp Application Form
- Non-BGSU students must also submit a copy of an unofficial transcript or similar printout indicating courses taken including grades
