With over 30 years’ experience in leadership roles for one of the nation’s most prominent healthcare institutions, Linda is a subject matter expert in moving large institutions toward modernized and necessary change. The Cleveland Clinic has over $8 billion in revenue, served 7.6 annual million patient visits with over 60,000 employees in 140 specialties. Linda is passionate about instilling the values of empathy and inclusion in the caregiver workforce and ensuring that overall caregiver experience is a strategic priority for the organization. Linda holds a MBA from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University and a BS in Medical Technology from BGSU.

As a key change agent in leading a government entity into full compliance, Jenifer operates at the leading edge of Diversity and Inclusion requirements. She has served as associate Dean and Director of the Women’s Center at Gettysburg College before her role at BGSU. Jennifer is skilled in the areas of Title IX, and faces the unique integration of government requirements, a student population and residence life. Jennifer will lead a group of panelists as she translates the law into practice with real human constituents representing the most diverse population demographics that an organization can face.
