To the extent that the Collective Bargaining Agreement between the University and the BGSU Faculty Association contains provisions in conflict with the Academic Charter, provisions of the Bargaining Agreement will prevail with respect to the parties to the Collective Bargaining Agreement.  Please see the Collective Bargaining Agreement.
