2025 Start of School T-shirt Contest!

Each year, for the start of school and move-in weekend, the ITS Client Services team has t-shirts created to help our staff “stand out in the crowd”. Initially, the director of Client Services had the shirts made and kept the design and color a surprise until delivery. Now, we open up the design opportunity to all student and full-time Client Services staff. If you have an idea for a design, we want to see it!

The winning design will be imprinted on the back of the shirts and will include the designer's name. We know our team is filled with creativity, so please submit your best designs for review and voting!

All Client Services full-time and student staff working Summer/Fall 2025 will receive a shirt.

Contest rules and examples of past designs are below.

Contest Rules

• The contest is open to current Client Services full-time and student staff
  
• Deadline for submission is April 25, 2025
• Email design as a high-resolution, digital file (vector if possible) to adetray@bgsu.edu and include the following:
  • Imprint color choice (black or white)
  • T-shirt color choice (one; NOT white, orange or brown - we want to stand out in a sea of those colors)
  • Include a hashtag that correlates with the design
  • Add your first & last name, as well as date (ex: Morgan Cranston '25) to the design
• Winner will be announced early May 2025
  
• Winner’s name will be included on the t-shirt (Signature + Year)
  
• Staff may submit as many designs as they would like
• Have fun, but please keep in mind that these shirts represent our team and should remain professional!
